OUR STORY
We are Benedikte & Tobias, a Scandinavian couple who fell in love with Lake Como years ago. With over 25 years of combined experience in hospitality and construction, we decided to turn our dream into reality: welcoming guests to Casa ToBé in Menaggio.
Our home is a nearly 200-year-old house in the historic hamlet of Loveno, lovingly restored to blend Italian charm with a modern Scandinavian touch. Today, it offers two stylish holiday apartments in Menaggio where couples, families, and friends can slow down, recharge, and discover the best of the lake.
We chose Menaggio for its prime location at the heart of Lake Como: close to ferries, mountain trails, and world-famous villas. From here, you can explore both shores of the lake, enjoy unforgettable hikes, or simply relax with a cappuccino in the town square.

LOCATION
Lake Como is a destination with pure beauty, a marvelous nature and breath-taking views, from where you can walk, relax, discover the peace and enjoy the calm of your holiday.
Menaggio is located on the western shore of Lake Como, in a strategic position between Como, Sondrio and Lugano. In Menaggio you find both the elegant majestic villas, unspoiled nature with hiking paths, historical sites, an 18-hole golf course, as well as a Lido and beaches. Our guestshouse is in the historical area of Menaggio, Loveno. Here you can enjoy the tranquility with access to everything that Lake Como has to offer. To reach the lake it’s a 1.2 km walk. After a great day out, enjoy a drink at our sunny roof terrace.
