OUR STORY
We are a Scandinavian couple, Benedikte & Tobias, who fell in Love with Lake Como some years ago. After working in the hospitality - and construction industry, for about 25 years, we decided to fulfill our dream and open a guesthouse by Lake Como. Thanks to hard work, our guesthouse is now completely renovated, and a place for those who want to create holiday memories in a charming authentic Italian village by Lake Como.
We chose Menaggio as it's in the center of Lake Como, accessible to enjoy both sides of the beautiful lake, the surrounding mountains, famous cultural sites and the villas of Como. Our house is almost 200 years old, situated in the historical hamlet Loveno in Menaggio. Our apartments combines history with a Scandinavian modern touch, while experiencing the natural beauty of Lake Como. We welcome guests from around the world to experience the Italian lifestyle and create memories with your loved ones in our charming guesthouse by Lake Como.

Lake Como is a destination with pure beauty, a marvelous nature and breath-taking views, from where you can walk, relax, discover the peace and enjoy the calm of your holiday.
Menaggio is located on the western shore of Lake Como, in a strategic position between Como, Sondrio and Lugano. In Menaggio you find both the elegant majestic villas, unspoiled nature with hiking paths, historical sites, an 18-hole golf course, as well as a Lido and beaches. Our guestshouse is in the historical area of Menaggio, Loveno. Here you can enjoy the tranquility with access to everything that Lake Como has to offer. To reach the lake it’s a 1.2 km walk. After a great day out, enjoy a drink at our sunny roof terrace.
